At MeeM365, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a reliable and secure shopping experience. This Return & Exchange Policy has been prepared to clarify the rights and obligations of both the store and the customer, ensuring transparency and smooth procedures.

Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. The return or exchange request must be submitted within [7 / 14 / 30] days from the date of receiving the order.
  2. The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, gifts, and invoices.
  4. The product must not have been damaged, broken, or misused by the customer.
  5. Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or invoice).

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
  • Products that have been opened or used in a way that prevents resale.
  • Customized or personalized products made upon customer request.
  • Gift cards or electronic vouchers, if applicable.
  • Discounted or promotional products, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Products missing original packaging or essential accessories.
  • Digital applications and downloadable products cannot be returned or exchanged after the purchase is completed, the product has been downloaded, or activation details have been sent. This policy protects digital ownership rights and prevents misuse.

If you receive a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide the following:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • A description of the issue.

The case will be reviewed, and the appropriate action will be taken, which may include:

  • Replacing the product.
  • Sending a replacement item if necessary.
  • Adding the product value to the customer’s store credit balance for future purchases.
  1. Contact customer service through our official communication channels.
  2. Send the order number along with the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Wait for approval from the customer service team.
  4. Re-ship the product according to the instructions provided by the store.
  5. Once the product is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the request outcome.
  • The store bears shipping costs in cases of store errors or manufacturing defects.
  • The customer bears return or exchange shipping costs in all other cases.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by the store.

After approval of the return request and inspection of the product, the product value will be added to the customer’s MeeM365 store credit balance for future purchases.

Store credit will be added within [24 to 72 hours] after the return request is approved.

Cash refunds or transfers to bank accounts or payment methods are not provided, except in cases determined by the store at its sole discretion or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the above Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

The store reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Issues with payment information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

The store reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Exceeding the specified return period.
  • Product use or damage.
  • The product does not match its original condition.
  • Failure to provide proof of purchase.
